Little fella gone awol

This little fella was hanging around in a newish cache of mine and decided to go walk about without even saying goodbye, is this a common happening?

I guess that he must have been picked up by a geocacher so why has it not been logged?

Any insight much appreciated. Cheers ishoot

Don't give up! Some possible options:
a) someone who may have dropped it into another cache and forgot to log the number - it'll turn up
b) an (overseas) traveller who hasn't logged all their visits - it'll turn up
c) someone who doesn't understand TBs - it might turn up in a month or three
d) someone who took it, perhaps without realising what TBs are - it might turn up in a month or three
e) someone took it - just part of the game, like caches going missing

Next step: send out another one! :D

Well he did turn up, a junior cacher uplifted it and didn't tell the senior cacher. So all is good now and he is looking forward to the RWC next year...
