Have put my holiday application in today so next step is to start hunting out the sleeping arrangements. Am impressed how the numbers are climbing hopefully we fulfill the mega part in the first week

Just cant believe how fast people are showing interest in this maybe we can get to our requirements in a week C'mon cachers lets show the geocaching world how much we want our Mega Event

OK. So the registrations of interest we have to date place us just over halfway there in just a handful of days

Can I strongly encourage you to get in touch with other cachers you know, that may not yet be aware of the MEGA, and let them know of the MEGA so they too can register their interest. Again, the sooner we have sufficient registrations, the sooner we can get the event cache published

A few of the committee visited Waiora Scout Camp yesterday, and it does look like a great location with a lot of potential. Many fields within native bush. Lots of space. I think the general consensus after yesterday's site visit was 'tonnes of potential'!
